First be sure that you've renewed your membership. Otherwise, there are three things you can try:
- You might be putting in the wrong password.
- Make certain you aren’t misspelling anything.
- If you get the same error message, click to retrieve your password. This will send your password to the email account on record. If you do not receive an email, then it’s possible that another user has the same user name you chose. We recommend that you open a new account with a different user name.
