They then dive into ballistic coefficient and the equation that measures it with some examples. Cd vs Mach curves are then discussed including what they look like and how they can give you better solutions when compared to a ballistic coefficient. Doppler Radar & A Brief History of Ballistics

The topic is Doppler radar technology and to get there, we must go back in time about 500 years when the study of ballistics initially started. From there, we discuss the major milestones up until World War II, when radar came into play for velocity and time tracking. The hunt started in September, when Sam Forbes from North American Whitetail joined the group in North-central Kansas chasing whitetails with Midwest Whitetail Adventures. Unfortunately, they were unable to successfully harvest a deer due to the hot temperatures of September. Seth and Preston headed back post-rut in December and were able to notch a tag.
