Advocacy

Working Together to Make a Difference

Hornady has a long track record of supporting the shooting and hunting industry through advocacy programs, including legislative action alerts and letters, educational initiatives, and promotions. We work with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the National Rifle Association (NRA) and other trade associations to promote, protect and preserve hunting and shooting sports.

At times, we provide tools, such as online letter-writing campaigns to state and national legislators, to help consumers communicate and promote their position on political policy or impending legislation. We always promote safety and responsible gun ownership by sharing important information like the “Own It? Respect It. Secure It.” initiative.
