How long will it take to get bullets from the "Get Loaded" promotion?

This depends on how soon we can get your request entered and whether the bullets are in stock. Please allow 12-16 weeks for delivery after your redemption is processed. If you provide an e-mail address you will receive an e-mail confirmation once the order is entered. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation once the bullets ship.

The bullets I want are not listed on the "Get Loaded" form. Can I substitute another bullet?

We put together the list of bullets based on the most popular bullets used by a majority of our customers. Substitutions are not allowed.

Can I redeem my bullets for multiple items purchased, or am I limited to one redemption per household?

You can redeem for all the qualifying items purchased during the promotion period. Please fill out one redemption form for each qualifying item and enclose them in one envelope. We only need one copy of each receipt. We do need the correct amount of all shipping/handling charges, but they can be combined onto a single check or money order.

I purchased several items at one time that qualify for the "Get Loaded" promotion. How do I redeem for several qualifying items on one receipt?

Please fill out one redemption form for each qualifying item and enclose them in one envelope. We only need one copy of each receipt. We do need the correct amount of all shipping/handling charges, but they can be combined onto a single check or money order.

What is a UPC?

UPCThe UPC is the Universal Product Code - or barcode.

  • For presses, powder measures, and sonic cleaners, it is printed directly on the box of the item you purchased. It is not a sticker or a label. It will need to be cut out of the cardboard box.
  • For die sets: it is a label that is stuck directly to the red die box.

The actual UPC from the product is required. We cannot accept store price codes, store labels or shipping labels.

Since I want to keep my original receipt, can I send you a copy?

Yes, we can accept a copy of your original receipt. Please make sure the store’s name, items purchased, and date of purchase are shown on the receipt.

How do I redeem my bullets if I bought my qualifying items online and do not have a receipt?

Please print out any invoice or order confirmation you received from the online company. Please make sure the company’s name, items purchased and date of purchase are shown.

I live in Hawaii (or Alaska) and mail cannot be delivered to my physical address. What address should I list?

We use the U.S. Postal Service to deliver the bullets to Hawaiian and Alaskan customers. Therefore, please list your mailing address (P.O. boxes are okay).

I received my qualifying item as a gift, can I still get the free bullets?

Yes, you can still get the free bullets as long as we get all the required paperwork.

  • Original dated receipt with retailers name.
  • UPC from box or label.
  • and check or money order (shipping/handling).

I cannot get the UPC removed from my die set without damaging it. What do I do?

The UPC barcodes on the die boxes can be hard to remove. We recommend using a hair dryer to loosen the glue before removing. You may also try putting the empty die box the freezer for a little while. You will want to follow this by using a razor blade to remove the label. If it is ripped or torn, that is okay. You can tape the pieces onto the redemption form and we will still accept it.

Will you throw away my paperwork if I did something wrong?

No. Don't be afraid to send your paperwork just because the form says, “Non-compliant requests will be eliminated without response.” If you forget any information or if there is any problem with your redemption, we will return it to you with a letter telling you what the problem was.

Is there a way to reduce the shipping costs?

No – the full amount of shipping & handling is needed for every redemption

I received a rebate receipt with my order, does this qualify as the original dealers dated receipt?

Please click here to view two examples.

The top example does not qualify as a receipt because it does not show the date of purchase or the item(s) purchased.

You should have received another receipt (bottom) that has all the required information. Please send this instead.
