During the 2017 Firearms season in Indiana, I was using my Smith and Wesson Performance Center 10 1/2 .460 Magnum. I exclusively shoot the Hornady FTX ammunition. I spotted a nine pointer 110 yards away and quickly lined up the factory high visibility sights and fired one shot. He traveled less than 40 yards. I am very pleased with the performances of the ammo and the heavy pistol, but warn others to be prepared for some moderate kick, even with the long barreled pistol. I am very confident about the upcoming 2018 deer season. In the 2016 Muzzle loader season I harvested a 10 pointer at 100 yards with the Hornady bullet. No reason to buy any other brand of ammo.
