I recently started reloading for my factory Remington 700 chambered in 30-06. I did a ton of research on everything required, and the bullet I ended up choosing was the Hornady ELD Match 208gr. This bullet is absolutely amazing as far as B.C. bar none. I am able to stabilize this heavy of a bullet at 2500fps in a 1-10 twist factory spotter barrel. At 100 yards the bullets are tightly packed together, and tighten up out at 200 and 300 yards. The target picture supplied is a 3 shot group at 500 yards. I am equally impressed that I can easily hit 8" steel at 800 yards!
