Sandra Orvig

Sandra Orvig was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She began shooting competitively in 2004 and competes in a variety of shooting disciplines including USPSA, 3 Gun and Fallin’ Steel. She is on the Board of Directors for Generation III Gun, a not-for-profit organization founded to promote competitive shooting for Juniors. In addition to competing, Sandra does match administration for many local, state, and national level matches.

In 2019, Sandra decided to leave her 26-year career as a paralegal and her low country home to make her hobby a career! She moved to York SC, where she is the Range Director for the Foothills Public Shooting Complex of Cleveland County, NC, one of the largest outdoor public ranges in the Southeast. As the Range Director, she promotes gun safety, the shooting sports and education for people of all ages.
