Thank you Hornady-

Having spent many years involved in bulls eye pistol shooting, an item on my “bucket list” was to open the door and test the waters of the rifle world. I’d done some plinking in my teens, but nothing consistent or beyond a .22 Cooey. For my 45th birthday, I signed up for an enhanced long range rifle skills course here in Canada. I invested in a PGW Coyote chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor (another bucket list item) and took a recommendation to pair it up with Hornady 147Gr ELD Match ammunition. Admittedly, I was a little apprehensive starting a week long course with a rifle, scope, and ammunition I’ve never used before. After getting the rifle zeroed, I felt more at ease, and a couple of boxes of ammunition in, my groups were tightening up. Prior to heading out to the 400-600m mounds, while confirming my zero at the 100m range...I recorded this 5 shot group. My classmates, and instructors thought worthy to get a measurement on it... turns out it’s a shade under a ¼ MOA.

Thank you Hornady- My groups remained consistent throughout my course, and could not have asked for more of a birthday gift. The ELD Match ammunition/rifle/scope will exceed my skill level, but I'll do my best to keep up.
