Dear Team Hornady,

I own Texas Hog Control, and we control 26 peanut farms in the panhandle of Texas. We used the AR-10 platform suppressed and had feed problems with the back pressure and powder management issues.

In steps the Hornady factory team. We met at the DSCI Show in Dallas 2 years ago. They suggested that the 55 grain V-Max in 223 REM would do the trick. I was doubtful that a 55 grain round would stop a 250 lb hog.

We started using the Hornady 55 gr. V-Max and the results have been nothing short of amazing! We have since sold the AR-10S and have gone to the AR-15 platform with our 30-cal. supressors coupled with the Hornady 55 gr. V-Max.

Our Kill to shot ratio is the same as the 150 gr. rounds. So in closing, Thanks Hornady for the factory support, and for the American's who really shoot for a living.
