Late Season Hunt
By Paul Kurtz

This buck slipped out into the sendero while I was studying another really nice buck trying to determine if he was mature enough to take. Once I noticed this deer, there was no doubt. A light trigger squeeze of the 338-06, and the deer dropped where he stood. The 200 grain Interlock performed outstanding.
