I have been using Hornady products for quite a while and have never been disappointed. I shoot Hornady bullets, rifle and pistol. For both hunting and paper shooting. I also use Hornady single stage and progressive presses as well as dies for reloading.

Any time I had a problem, which hasn't been many. Hornady customer service has always been excellent. Weather it be replacement parts or technical support, never a bad experience. If I ever couldn't find a Hornady product I was able to either get help finding it or able to get it directly from Hornady.

Bottom line, there are not a lot of companies with Hornady's customer service model and those that stand behind their products like Hornady does.
