I have been waiting a long time for a decent 375 bullet. There was never anything just right for what I was looking for. I am a big 375 shooter and good bullets are hard to find. Just got my 5 boxes of 250gr .375GMX bullets on Monday. I love the bullet and the claimed BC #s. The only problem which I still have is that #1 It is still a bit heavier than what I wanted and #2 due to its length it takes up a lot of cartridge volume. Before the GMX bullet, a shooter was stuck with what they got. Well, not any more. I just made the 250gr bullet into a 225gr bullet in about 90 seconds on a lathe. This was never possible before with conventional bullets or even solid copper bullets because copper is hard to machine. These machine like a dream and now I have the bullet I always needed for my shooting. Thanks Hornady for giving the shooter this advantage. In the picture you will see the standard 250gr bullet with the .125" shorter 225gr bullet next to it. I plan on loading them and testing them this weekend. I will report back on the relative accuracy of these bullets in comparison to the bullets I have been using in the past.
