I hunted since I was little but never had a chance to shoot a buck. Over the years I have shot many does but never had the chance to shoot a buck. I know that he is no more than a 4 pointer and people will say you should let him walk but I've waited 33 years to grab hold of some antlers. It was a typical evening hunt and I was watching a doe and a yearling eating acorns. He stepped out of a thicket and walked to the doe and yearling. He started trying to run off the yearling and when gave me the broadside shot I layed him to rest.
