This was my second deer, my first was a buck just born that spring, so it was small and had no antlers, however this big 10 point was hit hard with a 165gr interlock, i ranged him at 360 yards, all the way across the valley! I was prepared to take a shot out to 550 if need be but was happy with this deer and was happy to show the long range performance of the Hornady Interlock! He only made it about 20 yards into the bush before toppling over. Great hunt, lots of meat in the freezer, and my first trophy to put on the wall. Thanks Hornady!
