I wanted to share this image of a 50 caliber 300gr FPB bullet that I recovered from a bull elk that I harvested last week. At 80 yards, the bullet accurately penetrated both lungs and was protruding out of the opposing side. The elk expired a few seconds later, after traveling for only 20 yards.
The most impressive part of the FPB's performance, is the nearly perfect expansion. The attached image displays the desired mushroom shape. I am extremely satisfied, and I have been praising the performance of the FPB to anyone who will listen!
