About 73 rounds into full length sizing with 223 Rem (.224) 2-Die Set 546228, the elliptical expander stuck in the neck and to my surprise pulled completely through the spindle collet stripping the threads. I do not look forward to talking to customer service with any company due to getting the run around. Well 5 seconds into the automated message I could not stop laughing. Greatest automated message I have ever heard! Then talking to the tech rep who was very professional with a great sense of humor helped me by sending a new spindle and elliptical expander free of charge. Great customer service and Excellent tech rep!!! Thank You
