I took this 200lb boar near my hometown of Teague, Tx. in December of 2015, on private land. The rifle I used is a custom built 257 Roberts Ackley Improved. I was shooting handloaded ammo, with Hornady Interlock 100gr SP bullets. The shot was 250 yds, and I found the bullet lodged in the cartlige plate on the other side, nicely expanded.

I was very happy with the performance of my rifle, and this bullet.
