This buck was taken in South GA in late November. The only shot I had was a full frontal shot because the buck was chasing a doe. For this hunt I was using a 30-06 loaded with Precision Hunter 178gr ELD-X. The terminal performance of this bullet can not be matched period. I dropped him “as he was chasing ” dead in his tracks. If you look close you can see the stretch marks “the white strips in the front and back with no hair” from the internal expansion caused by the bullet. Once again hats off to Hornady for a superior product.
