The rut is starting to pick up and I had got in my stand before daylight and heard deer moving around in the dark. After it got light enough to see I started grunting and flipping the bleat can. When I heard something walking towards me I looked to my right and saw a good buck moving through the pines. I picked up my rifle, knocked off the safety and when I pulled the trigger he dropped right there. American whitetail ammo did the job perfectly!
