It had been a week and I hadn't seen anything. After my husband took a nice 8 opening day. As I am working my way back after another freezing morning, there she was... running across the back of the field... when she stopped, I knew it was a long shot... I squeezed the trigger and the 308 Superformance SST performed flawlessly. When my husband showed up, he brought the range finder. From my empty casing to the first drop of blood 174 yards and a perfect double lung heart shot, she didn't make it 5 yards. Awesome!
