I was dating Margaret Hornady, Joyce's daughter, in 1949 when he and his father-in-law were working on a new design for a bullet making machine on 4th St., just east of Joyce's Hardware store.

Joyce took me deer hunting with he and his boy Rob to Sundance, WY in about 1956. I have been well acquainted with the Hornady family until this present date of 2014.

I still treasure my association with Margi, Steve, and Mrs. Marvel Hornady.
