7mm-08 ammo

Being complacent, I've always used Remington Core-Lokt ammunition out of my Remington Model Seven - 7mm-08. It produced 1.75" - 2" groups at 100 yards, which I figured was good out of a light barrel hunting rifle. Recently I decided to try some Hornady ammo and was pleasantly surprised by the results. The first top two groups were Remington 140 grain (top group included a fourth shot that landed in the center of the group). The bottom group is Hornady Superformance 139 grain SST. All three groups shot at 100 yards, of a bench rest. Pretty impressive.
