Second day of moose season in NB canada my father and I spotted a moose 200 yards away on a woods road I loaded my marlin 1895 45-70 with 325 grain hornady leverevolution and the first shot went thru both front shoulders and lodged in the hide. The 7 point 750 pound moose went 25 feet and fell dead it heart and lungs were gone just gel. I never seen anything like it what a powerful bullet. I normally use my 7mm mag but these bullets impress.
