Taylor was able to drop this nice Idaho mule deer buck on November 18, 2012 in southwest Idaho during her very first year of big game hunting. She dropped him in his tracks at 75 yards using her Savage Model 11 7mm-08. The SST has proved to be the go to bullet for us. It is accurate, shoots flat, and delivers the energy needed to bring game down on the first shot.
