Load workup with my FN Mauser 6.5mm Creedmoor was showing a lot of promise with 44gn Superformance powder, Hornady cases, Winchester large rifle primers and the SSTs at 2.82" COL. I put on a barrel deresenator which helped shrink groups with a 243 WSSM, so I thought it might help with the 6.5 Creedmoor. After three fouling rounds, I shot this .273" wide group from 100 yards. I used a H-shaped sandbag which helped take away a lot of the movement from my heartbeat. (I'm not one of those riflemen who can shoot between heartbeats.) I probably took a minute between shots since it was about 35 degrees and the barrel getting hot wasn't a big concern.
