Trophy Steenbuck ‑ First buck hunt.
By Mia Pistorius
July 20, 2015
My eldest daughter Mia shot her first buck (a 4.5" steenbuck ram) in the Northern Cape, South Africa using my .223 Sako rifle and Hornady 53gr VMax handloads. She spotted the ram hiding beneath a bush and fired a single shot at 65m, killing her first buck instantly.
