In June of 2012 a lifelong adventure unfolded for me when my wife and I were able to travel to East London, South Africa to hunt plains. We had an exclusive seven day hunt with guide and owner of Lalapa Safaris Inc. Ray Kemp.

The experience was truly life changing and the culmination of over 42 years of hunting big game. In addition to this 52" Eastern Cape Kudu I was fortunate to harvest a Gemsbuck, Impala, Blue Wildebeest, Black Wildebeest, Mountain Reedbuck and a Blesbuck. All of our hunts were fair chase stalk hunts. The accomodations were 5 Star and the Kemps made our first visit to South Africa a very memorable experience. We are planning our next safari for Cape Buffalo in the next few years.
