I first saw him on a Sunday night in Nov as Bow season winded down. I had fever after he left the woods, dreams of him that night. I hunted 8 times in 5 days for annual dear camp, studying, passing on smaller opportunities and on my last morning after moving closer to his trail, he appeared. He walker under me at 15 yards. I dropped him with a Hornady 2 3/4 sabot slug. Mean bullet.
