While I don't hunt anymore I target shoot. My Savage .22-250 will hit whatever you scope - as long as it's loaded with Hornady Superformance 50 grain ammo. I was pleased two days ago when I took one shot at a golf ball wedged in a tree branch at 238 yards and nailed it without hitting any bark!

I also get ridiculous accuracy with Hornady ammo through my .45-70 when lobbing massive 325 grain bullets well past 200 yards!

ONLY with Hornady tipped bullets will my .44 magnum rifle shoot like it should out to 150 yards. Thank you for the best ammo available. It's all I now use above .22 rimfire.
