My brothers boy came to live with us on our little farm in mid MO, and being kinda small for a 10 years old, nothing I had fit him. But the boy was dead set on hunting. After looking I found a TC compact in 6.5 Creedmore and loaded up 123gr SST over Superformance powder and wow. The SST combo in that short barrel got 2760fps and 3/4 inch group. And it flat lays out deer with no recoil. He was able to drop this doe in the back field at 90 yards. She had one jump in her and that was all she wrote. He's a happy boy, and as long as you make them I'll be busy buying them. He cant wait to go after coyote next.
