I have not hunted ELK in several years and finally got drawn this year. I also had a newbie trainee with me on his first ever ELK hunt so this was double the work. i hand loaded the 7mm Rem Mag 139gr GMX Bullet and took a 425 Yard shot through thick trees and and a 20 mph cross wind and my Relay big cow ELK just drooped right in place and exactly where i placed the shot. I am relay impressed with this bullet and plan to use it more often.

Thank you.
