RAPiD® Safe Ready Vault™ Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Hornady® Manufacturing Company (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The RAPiD® Safe Ready Vault™ Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted during each designated trade show event as follows:

• Dallas Safari Club: received no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on Sunday, February 8, 2026
• Great American Outdoor Show: received no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on Sunday, February 15, 2026
• Western Hunt Expo: received no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on Sunday, February 15, 2026
• Safari Club International (SCI): received no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on Sunday, February 22, 2026
• NRA: received no later than 11:59 PM Central Time on Sunday, April 19, 2026

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official giveaway entry form by providing First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Limit one (1) entry per email address per show. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per designated trade show event will receive a RAPiD® Safe Ready Vault™, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,099.99. Prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) winner per designated trade show event will be selected in a random drawing as follows:

• Dallas Safari Club: Monday, February 9, 2026, from all eligible entries received
• Great American Outdoor Show: Monday, February 16, 2026, from all eligible entries received
• Western Hunt: Monday, February 16, 2026, from all eligible entries received
• Safari Club International (SCI): Monday, February 23, 2026, from all eligible entries received
• NRA: Monday, April 20, 2026, from all eligible entries received

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at each designated trade show event.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

The selected winner will be notified by email only using the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond and claim the prize no later than May 16, 2026. If the selected winner does not respond by the claim deadline, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner, unless the entrant separately and affirmatively opts in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Optional Marketing Communications

Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Hornady®. Opting in is not required to enter or win and does not affect the chances of winning.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any errors or issues that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

13. Choice of Law and Forum

Entrants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nebraska without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrants further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

14. Social Media

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram. Entrants agree to fully release and hold Meta and Instagram harmless from liability arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.
