VEXIS Night Guard Giveaway - INSTANT WINNER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Hornady® Manufacturing Company (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The VEXIS Night Guard Giveaway (“Giveaway”) - Instant Winner is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway will take place in person at the NRA Annual Meetings in Houston, Texas.

Dates: Friday, April 17, 2026, and Saturday, April 18, 2026

Times: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (local time) each day

Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may visit the Hornady booth and participate in the giveaway by drawing a sticker from a designated safe.  Each participant will draw one (1) sticker.  Stickers will be randomly distributed.  If the sticker reveals a “winner” designation on the back, the participant is an instant winner (subject to verification).

Limit one (1) entry per person per day unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.

5. Prizes

Each verified winner will receive:

One (1) VEXIS Night Guard Safe

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $1,099.99.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Three (3) winners per day, for a total of six (6) winners during the Giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the trade show event.

7. Winner Determination and Notification

Winning stickers are randomly placed among all available stickers.  Winners will be determined instantly upon drawing a sticker marked “winner.”  Winners must be present at the time of drawing.  Winners may be required to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before receiving the prize.  Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and contacting the winner, unless the entrant separately and affirmatively opts in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Optional Marketing Communications

Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Hornady®. Opting in is not required to enter or win and does not affect the chances of winning.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any errors or issues that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

13. Choice of Law and Forum

Entrants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nebraska without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrants further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

14. Social Media

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram. Entrants agree to fully release and hold Meta and Instagram harmless from liability arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.
