Things You Need to Know!

Is the event open to the public?

This event is not open to the general public. The event is to celebrate Hornady employees, colleagues, vendors and company friends. Those invited are among a special group of people who have helped shape the company. You MUST present your mobile or printed ticket to attend but the event is free to those who are invited.

How do I claim my tickets?

Your invitation included a link to eTix to claim your tickets. You can also click the button above. Each person is allowed up to two tickets. You must claim by entering the same email address used for the invitation.

How many guests may I bring?

You may bring one guest. All guests must be 18 or older.

Does it cost to get into the event?

This is a FREE event for our valued employees, colleagues and friends. You will receive complimentary food and drink vouchers. However, if you want more than the vouchers distributed upon entry, you may purchase them at a designated table near the entrance.

Will I need a form of ID to enter?

Because there will be alcohol at the event, attendees must show their state issued ID upon entry.

Is the food and drink free?

Everyone who attends will receive designated vouchers. Use one voucher for each food item or alcoholic beverage (water and soda are complimentary). You may also purchase additional vouchers near each entrance after 5:30 pm. Cash or cards will be accepted for purchasing food and beverage vouchers. An ATM is available onsite. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE ALLOWED.

Where should I park?

The nearest parking spots will be south of the Heartland Events Center, but you may also park on the north side.

What if I have to leave?

Re-entry is discouraged. Please plan your evening accordingly. Inquire with Security if needing to leave and re-enter.

What if I forget my ticket?

Please use your phone to show your ticket at the gate or print a hard copy upon receipt. The Fonner Park box office will be available for look-up but could delay your entry into the event.

Is smoking permitted?

A designated smoking area is located near the southwest corner of the Heartland Events Center. Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere else within the event’s parameters. The designated smoking area is clearly marked.

Is there a clear bag policy?

We do not require a clear bag policy but we reserve the right to search your bag should Security deem it necessary. Large backpacks or oversized bags are not permitted.

Will there be any Hornady t-shirts or swag available at the event?

Hornady Gear will be available on site and may be purchased with cash or card.

I’m coming from out of town. Are there designated hotels?

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels.

With 75 years of innovation under our belts, it's fun to show our progress. If you have not seen Hornady West, we invite you to take a self-guided tour through the facility before our big party starts at 5:00 PM. You will see our distribution center and many of the end-stage processes.
