Hornady receives seventh straight "Ammunition of the Year" award
Hornady is honored to announce the recent acceptance of the coveted "Academy of Excellence Award." The award was presented in conjunction with the Firearms Marketing Group's (FMG) Shooting Industry Masters event held at the Heartland Public Shooting Park in Grand Island, Nebraska on July 23-24, 2010.
For the seventh straight year, Hornady was presented with an Academy of Excellence award for "Ammunition of the Year". This year, for their Superformance™ centerfire ammunition.
Steve Johnson, a representative from Hornady Manufacturing stated, "The Academy of Excellence Awards are especially prestigious and meaningful to us because all voting members of The Academy are our peers in the industry; from publications, to other manufacturers, to distributors. Winning an Academy of Excellence award means that the product was successful on every level."
